If you create an account with Company (a “Subscriber”) or anyone that uses the Services, we will collect information regarding your use of the Services, including, among other things, your saved preferences, alarm signal information from your home and other smart home information necessary for the provision of the Services. We use this information to bill you for your use of the Services, respond to your inquiries, provide you with, maintain, and improve the Services, maintain your Subscriber account, personalize your Subscriber experience, and to provide content and offers that we think may be of interest to you.
When you visit the Sites or use the Services, there may be third parties with whom we conduct business, including any third-party vendors or service providers that we use in connection with providing our Subscribers with the Services that may be collecting your information and sharing it with us. We may use your information to process, maintain, and renew your account as a Subscriber.
We may use the information collected about you to: (1) provide you with Services and other benefits, including but not limited to 24/7 customer support through our customer support team (“Customer Support”); (2) facilitate billing, account management, account maintenance, and any of our reward and recognition programs you choose to join; (3) allow you to utilize features within the Sites by granting us access to information from your device such as geo-location when you request certain Services; (4) control risk, detect and prevent fraud, comply with laws, regulations and other legal processes and law enforcement requirements; and (5) communicate with you as needed, through e-mail, text or other means, for communications relating to, among others: (a) alarm alerts, (b) alarm system issues, (c) providing and improving our customer service, and (d) administrative information, for example, information relating to changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
