Promotion Card Terms & Conditions

This Gift Card and Camera promotion (“Promotion”) is offered solely by A3 Smart Home LP (“A3SH” or “we”), and is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). By participating in this Promotion, participants (“Participants” or “you”) agree to the T&Cs as set forth below. We have the right to extend, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without notice.

1. Mastercard is not a sponsor of this promotion. Except as required by law, Mastercard Prepaid Gift Cards cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Each Mastercard Prepaid Gift Card may be used only for purchases of eligible goods where Mastercard is accepted.  For complete terms and conditions, please login to your account at www.myprepaidcenter.com. 
   
   
2. The Promotion:  This Promotion is for a $100 Mastercard Prepaid card (“Promo Card”) and an Indoor Infrared Camera model no. ADC-V522IR (“Camera”) (collectively, “Promotion Items”) when eligible Participants (defined below) purchase a new Smart Home monitoring system (“System”) from an A3SH call center or AAA branch agent (“Agent”) and sign up for a new A3SH monitoring subscription (“Subscription”) at an Eligible Residence (defined below). Systems must be purchased when a quote is received, with a minimum System purchase of $584, either on same or the following calendar day. Participants who qualify will receive a link via email to access the Promo Card, and the Camera will be installed or included with the shipment of the System.
   
   
3. Promotion Period: Eligible Participants who qualify are eligible to receive the Promotion Items for Systems purchased between February 1, 2022 and April 30, 2022 (“Promotional Period”). 
   
   
4. Eligibility: You must be a legal resident of the state in which you reside and at least 18 years of age and the age of majority in your place of residence. You must live within the A3SH service area and be a new subscriber to A3SH monitoring services (each a “Subscription”), in addition to purchasing a new System. Employees of A3SH and its affiliated entities, parent companies and subsidiaries, together with their household members, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. Void where prohibited.
   
   
5. How to Qualify:  To be eligible for the Promotion Items, you must first receive a quote for a new System from an Agent. Within one (1) calendar day of receiving a quote for a new System, which consists of a minimum of $584 purchase required, you must agree to purchase the System (which may include entering into a financing arrangement with A3SH for the equipment purchase). You must also sign up for a new A3SH monitoring subscription within one (1) calendar day of receiving a quote.
   
   
6. How to Redeem the Promo Card: After purchasing a new System and signing up for a Subscription, an email with a link to your Promo Card will be delivered within thirty (30) calendar days to the email address that you provided. 
    
7. Limitations:  Except as required by law, Promotion Items cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. Promo Cards may be used only for purchases of eligible goods where Mastercard is accepted.  No service fees.  Promo Card expires 6 months after email notification containing the link to the online Promo Card. Limit one Promo Card per household. Eligible purchases of System are limited to new purchases. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. A valid email address is required to receive the Promo Card. We are not responsible for incorrect email information provided by the Participant.  In the event of unavailability of any Promo Card, A3SH reserves the right to substitute the Promo Card with an item of equal or greater value. The Promotion cannot be combined with other product offers or promotions. Any and all Promo Card-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be your sole and exclusive responsibility.  
   
   
8. Rights: By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these T&Cs, and the decisions of A3SH, which are final and binding. A3SH is not responsible for lost, damaged, destroyed or stolen Promo Cards. In the event you receive a defective Promo Card, your sole remedy is to request a replacement of the defective Promo Card with another Promo Card during the Promotional Period (while supplies last). A3SH reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Promotion should fraud or other causes beyond the control of A3SH corrupt the administration, security or fulfillment of the Promotion. A3SH reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Promotion at any time. You further agree to, and do, release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A3SH and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all lawsuits, judgements, losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) and any liability of any kind resulting from, arising from, related to or in connection with your participation in the Promotion. 
   
   
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR OTHER DAMAGES UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, TO REDEMPTION OF THE PROMOTION, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE OR EVEN IF THE RELEASED PARTIES BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
   
   
10. Choice of Law:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these T&Cs, or the rights and obligations of any individual or A3SH, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of California, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than California. The parties agree that all disputes arising out of or connected with these T&Cs or the Promotion will be resolved individually, and without resorting to class action.
    
    
11. Privacy Policy: Upon contacting A3SH to purchase or to obtain a quote for a Smart Home security plan, you agree to the A3SH Privacy Policy, available at https://mwg.aaa.com/privacy-policy , and its terms regarding our collection and usage of your personal information.
