Free Control Panel Promotion Terms & Conditions

The following System Promotions (the "Promotion") is offered solely by A3 Smart Home LP ("A3SH", "we", "our", or "us"), and is subject to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). By participating in any one of the promotions identified below, with varying time periods and geographic applications and limitations (individually, a “Specific Promotion”), participants ("Participants", or "you") agree to the Terms set forth below. We have the right to extend, terminate, suspend, or modify the Promotion at any time without notice. These Terms apply to this Promotion in its entirety and duration.

ELIGIBILITY: Each Specific Promotion begins at 12:00:01 a.m. PT on the corresponding Start Date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the corresponding End Date (the "Promotion Period") and is available only within the AAA Smart Home Security service area. To be eligible, you must (i) satisfy the Participation Requirements, as defined below, (ii) be a legal resident of the state in which you live, (iii) be at least 18 years of age by the Start Date, (iv) be a new customer to A3SH (v) subscribe to at least one new A3SH video monitoring service (Basic or Smart) ("Subscription") to be provided at a residence within the AAA Smart Home service area (each an "Eligible Residence"). A3SH and AAA employees, household members of A3SH and AAA employees and licensed insurance agents, including independent agents, are not eligible.

TO PARTICIPATE: You may seek to participate in the Promotion during the Promotion Period by (i) calling (844) 245-0813 and speaking with one of our representatives, (ii) enrolling in a Basic, or Smart monthly video monitoring service Subscription at an Eligible Residence, and (iii) minimum equipment purchase of $579 for new customers (collectively, the "Participation Requirements"). Any enrollment is subject to your acceptance of all additional and related terms of service and policies. Upon meeting all of the eligibility criteria, and subject to these Terms, eligible Participants will automatically receive the Benefit, as explained below.

PROMOTION: Subject to these Terms, each verified eligible Participant will receive a free AAA Smart Home Security control panel (valued at $359.99) (the "Benefit"). 

LIMITATIONS: The Benefit is available only to purchasers of Subscriptions who are new A3SH customers. Installation or shipping fees apply. The Benefit does not apply to monitoring fees. Limit of one Benefit per household. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. A3SH is not responsible for lost, late, undelivered or misdirected purchases of Subscriptions or enrollments in Subscriptions, regardless of cause. The Subscription and Benefit are all subject to the limitations, terms, and conditions of the relevant Subscription agreements, A3SH policies, and additional terms and conditions. Promotion details and availability are subject to change, in which case a benefit of equal value may be substituted at A3SH’s sole discretion. The Benefit consists only of the item(s) listed, is non-transferable, and has no cash redemption or substitution except at A3SH’s sole discretion.

RIGHTS: By participating in the Promotion, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms, and the decisions of A3SH, which are final and binding. You further agree to, and do, release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A3SH and all of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all lawsuits, judgments, losses, damages, claims, actions, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) and any liability of any kind resulting from, arising from, related to or in connection with the Promotion and your participation in it.

CHOICE OF LAW: These Rules shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to that state’s conflict of law provisions.

PRIVACY POLICY: Upon contacting A3SH to purchase a Subscription, you agree to the AAA Privacy Policy stated on the AAA Web Site (https://calstate.aaa.com/privacy-policy), and its terms regarding our collection and usage of your personal information.

NO LIABILITY: A3SH, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, public relations agencies, suppliers, including any vendors providing services in connection with this Promotion, and all of their respective employees, agents, directors, officers (collectively, the "A3SH Affiliates") are not responsible for, and Participants release each from, any perceived or actual failures of any kind (whether alleged to be have been caused by computer, technical, or human error) which may either limit the Participant’s ability to receive a Benefit or otherwise participate in this Promotion, or A3SH’s ability to include all eligible Participants or otherwise execute this Promotion in the manner intended. 

OTHER TERMS: Decisions of A3SH on all matters related to the Promotion are final. A3SH reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the Promotion, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the Promotion as determined by A3SH, in its sole discretion. A3SH reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit the participation of an individual or business if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual or business fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Terms.
